Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 16 oz white crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 4 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 12 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F/ 176º C
  2. Mix crab, cheese, onions, & mayo.
  3. Spray muffin cups w/cooking spray.
  4. Place 1 wrapper in each cup.
  5. Fill with crabmeat
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
