- 16 oz white crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 4 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 12 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F/ 176º C
- Mix crab, cheese, onions, & mayo.
- Spray muffin cups w/cooking spray.
- Place 1 wrapper in each cup.
- Fill with crabmeat
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
